Description: With the end of one year comes a new year and with the New Year, promises to change for the better. At the Aprons Cooking School we have made a REDsolution to fan the flames for those who enjoy drinking red wines.
Menu: Duck Confit with Herb Gnocchi; Braised Pork Belly with Sautéed Winter Greens and Oven Dried Tomato Aioli; Garlic and Peppercorn Encrusted Rib Roast with Caramelized Onion Risotto; Flourless Chocolate Cake with Espresso Caramel Sauce.
